Blotix Community Code of Conduct

* Truthfulness and Integrity of Statements: Making false statements regarding ownership of assets or their value, whether during tokenization or in any other interaction within the community, is strictly prohibited. Transparency and accuracy of information are pillars of trust in our system.
* No Promotion of Illegal Activities: It is not permitted to promote, facilitate or encourage community members to engage in illicit activities, whether financial or otherwise. The Blotix community is a legal and safe environment.
* Authorized Use of the Blotix Brand: Use of the Blotix name, logo or any other distinctive trademark of the platform is strictly confidential and requires prior written authorization from the Blotix Commission. Unauthorized use will be prosecuted.
* Legal Purposes of the Community: Use of the Blotix community for illegal purposes of any kind is strictly prohibited. The platform is designed to promote peace and prosperity through legal and ethical means.
* Respect and Harmonious Conduct: Each member must act with mutual respect, promoting an environment of harmony and cooperation. Aggressive, offensive, discriminatory behavior or behavior that may generate disagreements and disputes is prohibited. Disputes must be resolved through the community's internal mediation mechanisms.
* Protection of Property: Theft or any attempt to misappropriate property, whether physical or tokenized, is incompatible with the principles of Blotix. Members' property is sacred and protected by our decentralized structure.
* Exclusion of Harmful Activities: The trading, promotion or consumption of drugs or any other activity that is illegal or harmful to the health and well-being of members is not permitted.
Increased Responsibilities for Recognized Brokers and Promoters
Recognized Brokers and Promoters within the Blotix ecosystem hold a position of greater trust and influence. For them, ethical and professional expectations are even higher. In addition to complying with all of the principles listed above, they are required to:
* Act as Models of Integrity: Brokers and Promoters must exemplify the highest level of integrity, transparency and accountability in all of their interactions.
* Representation Diligence: They must ensure that all information provided to prospective and current members is accurate, complete and not misleading.
* Safeguarding the Community's Interests: Their priority must be to safeguard the overall interests of the Blotix community and its members, placing them before any personal or partisan interests.
Consequences of Violations
Violation of any of the listed behavioral norms will result in immediate and severe actions:
* Community Exclusion: The member who violates the code of conduct will be immediately excluded from the Blotix community.
* Suspension of Performance Programs: All activities and performance programs related to the excluded person will be suspended with immediate effect.
For recognized Brokers and Promoters, violation of any of these behavioral norms will result in immediate cancellation from the working circuit as a broker or promoter, in addition to exclusion from the community and suspension of returns.

Any deviation from these community ethics protocols may result in the loss of benefits arising from the activities related to the excluded person.

This code of conduct is the cornerstone for the construction and maintenance of the "NEW SYSTEM OF THINGS": a decentralized global community where peace, prosperity and harmony are guaranteed by the ethical commitment of each individual member.
