Tokenize with Blotix
Blotix is a decentralized technological infrastructure, a blockchain that serves as a public ledger for validating and recording transactions involving tokens (BLX, SAFE MONEY) and NFTs representing liquid and illiquid assets. Its intrinsically decentralized nature, the lack of a central controlling entity, and its operational similarity to established protocols such as Bitcoin and Ethereum categorically exclude it from the scope of the CASP (Crypto-Asset Service Provider) regulation, as defined by the European Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation.
Terms of Use of BLOTIX Tools
1. Access to Tools and Agreement
To use our Tools, you must complete and sign a specific Order Form. Signing the form constitutes your commitment to purchase access to the Tools, in accordance with the terms specified in the form itself and in these Terms of Use. It is important to note that BLOTIX acts solely as a technology provider.
2. Tokenization of Your Asset
By completing the Order Form, you request the protocol to generate an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) certificate that will digitally represent your real asset. To proceed with tokenization, you represent and warrant that you are the legitimate owner of the asset.
3. Ownership and Management of the NFT
Once created, the NFT certificate will become your exclusive property. As the owner, you will have complete autonomy and can freely decide how to manage it. The two options are:
Hold the NFT as a digital certificate of ownership, whose validity is guaranteed by a panel of independent auditors on the Blotix blockchain.
Lease the certificate to allow the protocol to generate (or "mint") new tokens.
4. Your Responsibilities
BLOTIX and its Tools do not offer any custodial services for your digital assets. You are solely responsible for the management, use, and security of your NFT certificate.
